Returns & Refunds Policy

RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS — VENERDI SUPPLY CO.

All products, materials, equipment, and services provided by Venerdi Supply Co. (“Company”) are governed by the applicable written quote, invoice, purchase order, or service agreement. The terms below apply unless a separate written agreement signed by the Company states otherwise.


Due to the professional, commercial, and trade-oriented nature of the products we supply, return eligibility is limited.

Return Authorization (RMA) Required

All returns require prior written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by the Company.

Returns shipped without an approved RMA will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

RMAs are valid only for the time period stated on the authorization.

Return Window & Return Completion Deadline

Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.


Once a return request is approved and an RMA is issued, the customer must ship the item within forty-eight (48) hours, and the returned item must be received by Venerdi Supply Co. within fourteen (14) calendar days from the RMA issuance date.


Returns that do not show carrier acceptance or shipment movement within forty-eight (48) hours, or that are not received within the fourteen (14) day return completion window, will be automatically voided and closed without refund, credit, or exchange.


Items retained by the customer beyond this return completion period are deemed accepted and non-returnable, regardless of original return eligibility.

Tracking & Shipment Requirements

All approved returns must be shipped using a trackable carrier service.

A valid tracking number must be provided and must show carrier acceptance and movement within forty-eight (48) hours.

Returns with invalid, delayed, or non-moving tracking may be denied.


Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and unmodified; in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, inserts, and labels; and free of wear, damage, markings, residue, dust, odor, adhesive, tape, or jobsite exposure.


Items showing signs of use, installation, testing, electrical connection, airflow exposure, particulate loading, residue, or operational use are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Air filters and filtration products once packaging is opened

Consumable products or items with hygiene, performance, or shelf-life considerations

Special-order, custom, or made-to-order items

Items procured specifically for a customer or project

Items that have been installed, used, energized, tested, or modified

Electrical or mechanical components once opened if unused condition cannot be verified

Items marked “final sale,” “as-is,” or “clearance”

Software, digital products, licenses, subscriptions, or activation keys once issued

Restocking Fees, Shipping & Deductions

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees ranging from twenty percent (20%) to thirty-five percent (35%), non-refundable original shipping and handling charges, and deductions for missing packaging, components, or reconditioning costs. 

A restocking fee applies to the following but not limited: 

  • Opened packaging
     
  • Missing or damaged packaging
     
  • Evidence of installation, use, testing, or handling beyond inspection
     
  • Items returned incomplete or improperly packaged
     
  • Returns requiring inspection, repackaging, or reconditioning


Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume risk of loss until items are received and inspected by the Company.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

Shipping damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Incorrect items or shortages must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.


Defective items may be repaired or replaced only in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. The Company is not responsible for manufacturer warranty determinations, delays, or outcomes.

Services & Labor

Professional services including installation, maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and service calls are non-refundable once performed.

Canceled service appointments may be subject to minimum service or dispatch fees.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be submitted in writing.

If cancellation occurs after procurement has started, the customer is responsible for supplier cancellation fees, shipping and handling, labor already performed, and third-party costs incurred.


Chargebacks & Abuse

Customers agree to contact the Company to resolve issues before initiating chargebacks.

Abuse of return policies, false claims, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in refusal of future service and collection of amounts owed.

No Implied Returns

No returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges are offered unless explicitly approved in writing by the Company.
